Not bad at all. I'm pretty current and stylish (for a corporate type, anyway). I'm (even) well educated at good schools and well traveled. I'm equally happy, however, to work with my hands instead of my head. I can often be found cooking, doing carpentry and home improvements and playing with power tools. I'm proud to be a very hands-on and attentive father, and I'm very close with my children. (ages 11 and 15). I'm a little quirky, but (honest) I'm no Pillsbury Dough Boy or Michelin Man. I've taken a bit of ribbing about projecting myself as a straight arrow, and I guess that's more a reflection of my initial appearance and social role than of my attitude-- which is far more "question authority" than Republican. As for my marital status, I have been separated for four years and the petition was filed back then. Alas, the process can move slowly if one seeks decision-making by consensus, but I'm glad to have minimized the role of the legal system.
My Ideal Person:
A hottie rocket scientist with a warm heart. A woman whom I will respect on every level, and whose nature is to treat others with kindness and respect. Perhaps tops on the list, I want to feel that I have her back and she has mine.
